- 4 sweet potatoes
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Wash and cut sweet potatoes. (I left the skins on.)
- Put potatoes and olive oil in a bowl. Use you hands to coat all of the fries with the oil.
- Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Don't overcrowd.
- Sprinkle generously with salt.
- Bake at 450° for about 25-30 minutes. Flip halfway through baking time. (They might get a little black, but that gives them extra flavor.)
